Yoga Connections
It was such a joy to welcome so many of you to the coach house last weekend. Being able to gather in person felt like a gift after so many months of isolation necessitated by the pandemic. It was also a reminder of one of my favorite side benefits of a yoga practice—community. As I’ve mentioned many times, yoga is about bringing together body, breath, and mind to cultivate strength, agility, and self-awareness. And it is from that resulting place of balanced and conscious vibrancy that we are better able to connect to the world around us. Whether you were here last Sunday, whether you are someone who periodically takes my in-person classes, or someone who zooms in from far away, please know how valued you are as a part of this small yoga community.
