Doga at The Shops at North Bridge

The Shops at North Bridge invites you to find some stillness in the middle of the holiday hustle and bustle, while bonding with your favorite furry friend, during a morning of doga – yoga for you and your dog – at The Shops at North Bridge, December 16 from 10 AM to 11 AM.

Socialized dogs of all ages and sizes are welcome. No previous (dog or human!) experience necessary. After the class, be sure to stop by the Holly Jolly Lodge for pet photos and to see what other exciting events and treats are in store for you and your pup!

Downward Facing Dog is not just for people anymore! These fun classes offer you a chance to incorporate your four-legged canine friend into your practice. No previous (dog or human!) experience necessary.

During the summer months (June-September) regular doga classes are held at Washington Square Park, 901 North Clark Street (to the South of the Newberry Library at 60 W. Walton). These classes are sponsored by Fitness Formula and the Friends of Washington Square Park. Bring a mat or even a large beach towel or blanket. And some dog treats. The specific dates/times of the 2024 schedule will be available in spring of 2024.
