Fuzzy Friends Yoga Benefit for the Anti-Cruelty Society

Yoga and puppies—what could be better! We’ll actually be able to incorporate the four-legged friends into our practice. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the yoga class begins at 6:45. Your full registration fee goes to support the important work of the ACS. Follow this link to register and/or donate.

Downward Facing Dog is not just for people anymore! These fun classes offer you a chance to incorporate your four-legged canine friend into your practice. No previous (dog or human!) experience necessary.

During the summer months (June-September) regular doga classes are held at Washington Square Park, 901 North Clark Street (to the South of the Newberry Library at 60 W. Walton). These classes are sponsored by Fitness Formula and the Friends of Washington Square Park. Bring a mat or even a large beach towel or blanket. And some dog treats.
