Yoga Transformation

With spring flowers bursting up and buds appearing on trees, it's not surprising, I suppose, that I find myself thinking a lot about the process of transformation. Regardless of the season, yoga is always transformative--it helps to tone and develop flexible muscles, it strengthens joints, improves circulation and balance. But beyond the physical benefits, a good yoga session, like a good night’s sleep, can give us a clearer perspective and make us more ready to embrace the fullness of living—challenges and joys alike. Whether the world around us has changed simply or dramatically, or seemingly not at all, a yoga practice can free us up to see everything anew.
